Meet Our Instructors
Angela Ringer
As Owner & Artistic Director of Broadway Bound, Angela offers an extensive background in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Lyrical/Contemporary, Cheer and Pageantry. She has trained with dance professionals from around the world including Doug Caldwell, Joe Tremaine, Joelle Martinec, Desiree Robbins, Marty Dew, Chris Moss, Laurie Johnson, Gregg Russell, Barry Youngblood, Tyce Diorio,Nancy O'Meara and Benji Schwimmer, just to name a few. Angela spent the Summer of 1990 training extensively at the Joe Tremaine Dance Center in North Hollywood. She continues her training each year by attending dance conventions to stay up to date on all of the latest in the dance world. She was a four year member of the Yakima Sun Kings Dance Team as well as Captain and Choreographer. In 2000, she started the Yakima Valley's first competitive dance team, "Dance Addiction" and since then has received many awards with her teams including "Best Choreography". She shares her passion and love for Dance with students of all ages and takes pride in the many accomplishments of her dancers. She is a proud member of the United States All Star Federation and is on the Board of Directors for the Miss Yakima County Program.
Samantha Dumas
Sam Dumas began dancing at the age of 2. She has trained in Ballet, Tap, Jazz and Hip Hop with dance professionals from all over the world including Tabatha & Napolean D'umo, Karl Mundt, Doug Caldwell, Marty Dew, Chris Moss, Desiree Robbins and Joelle Martinec to name a few. She was a member of the Selah High School Dance Team as well as the Eastern Washington Elite Dance Team. In 2009, her E.W. Elite team won two National Championships in Jazz and Hip Hop and went on to receive 2nd Place at the Dance Worlds in Orlando, FL. Samantha brings her extensive background in competitive dance and the discipline that goes along with it to her students. She is fun, energetic and excited to share her passion for dance with all of her students. She has choreographed for the Miss Yakima County Pageant and is currently coaching our new Cheer Addiction All Star Team.
Kristi Odman
Kristi has been acting on the stage since she could walk. Memories of the stage include; The Pied Piper, Romeo and Juliet, A Midsummer Nights Dream, Anne of Green Gables, The Curious Savage and many others. Most of her time was spent in church drama programs. She has also helped produce videos and short movies in L.A. . Kristi had been the drama director at Stone Church for 14 years and is now teaching drama and dance at Connections Church of Yakima. Her loves in life are; dancing, painting, drama, horses and family.
